Alcanar, La Ràpita and Ebro Delta

Only 1500m from the camping starts the beaches of La Ràpita, a series of fine sandbags that go to the port, where the Delta de l’Ebre begins. In the same port (a 5min on a vehicle or 15 on a bicycle) you will find the new maritime museum, next to the road and cycle circuit that leads to Poblenou del Delta.

For those who have a small boat, 1.5 nautical miles from the Alfacs Camping is the Nature Park with the Punta de la Banya, with fine-sandy miles. Sant Carles Marina is, on the other hand, an exclusive marina where you can always take your boat.

Camping Alphacs is located on the Mediterranean Avenue, which links the closest part of Alcanar to the Delta Plain with the rest of the municipality. The Houses of Alcanar has a unique sea charm and its seawalk reaches the mouth of the River Sénia. A few miles inland you will find the core of Alcanar, with a prominent ancient helmet and a new Interpretation Center for the Iberian Culture — House O’Connor. The best views of the Delta and the sea will be enjoyed from the Remei Hermitage, at the foot of which you will find the Iberian settlement of the Remei Moleta.
